About these terms

These terms cover your use of grinner.io, including the free Moodkit and Motionkit tools. By using the site you agree to them. The site is run by WP BUZZ Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 13103657), at Electric Works, 3 Concourse Way, Sheffield S1 2BJ. Grinner is a product of WP BUZZ Ltd.

The Grinner plugin

Grinner is free software, released on WordPress.org under the GNU General Public License (GPL). The license that comes with the plugin sets out how you may use, change and share it.

GrinBot

GrinBot is not on sale yet. Joining the waitlist doesn’t commit you to buy anything. When GrinBot launches, purchases will be covered by their own terms, shown before you pay, including the 14-day money-back guarantee.

Moodkit and Motionkit

You can use the styles and backgrounds you make with Moodkit and Motionkit on any project, personal or commercial. The tools are provided free, as they are.

Using the site

• Don’t misuse the site, for example by trying to break it, overload it or get into parts that aren’t public.
• Don’t sign other people up to the waitlist without their permission.

Our content

The text, images and design of this site belong to us unless stated otherwise. You may link to any page and quote short parts with credit.

No warranty

We work hard to keep the site and tools accurate and available, but they are provided as they are, without any warranty. Speed scores and examples show what we measured on the date given, not a promise for your site.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for any indirect or consequential loss from using this site or the free tools. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t be limited by law.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed.
